An unexpected urban session - with Luis [Eng/Esp]

There are times when I go out with the intention of doing some specific things, but sometimes I end up doing things that I didn't plan to do. For those who follow me know that I really enjoy attending freestyle events, here there are always many people, among which are the competitors and the public that comes to appreciate the battles, for my part, I enjoy the latter, but also to take pictures in the process, the funny thing is that I will not share pictures of the event, but a mini urban photo shoot I did while the event was taking place, I hope you like them.

Hay ocasiones donde salgo con intenciones de hacer algunas cosas concretas, pero a veces terminan llegando otras que no tenía previsto. Para aquellos que me siguen saben que disfruto mucho de asistir a eventos de freestyle, aquí siempre hay muchas personas, entre que destacan los competidores y el público que llega a apreciar las batallas, por mi parte, yo disfruto de eso último, pero también de hacer fotografías en el proceso, lo curioso es que no voy a compartirles fotografías del evento, sino una mini sesión de fotografías urbanas que realicé mientras el evento se llevaba a cabo, espero que les gusten.

While I was taking pictures of the battles, a guy named Luis who was also there and was one of the competitors, asked me if I could take a picture of him, to which I agreed, since it would only be one, but while we were taking the pictures I got a little more animated and ended up taking several pictures, which I am quite happy with the truth, since they were pictures that I had not planned, but we took advantage of the urban environment that surrounded us with the large amount of graffiti in the parking lot where the events are almost always held.

Mientras yo me encontraba haciendo fotografías a las batallas, un chico llamado Luis que también se encontraba allí y era uno de los competidores, me preguntó si podía hacerle una fotografía, a lo cual accedí, ya que sería solo una, pero mientras estábamos haciendo las fotos me fui animando un poco más y terminé haciendo varias fotografías, de las cuales estoy bastante contento la verdad, ya que eran unas fotografías que no tenía planificadas, pero que supimos aprovechar un poco el entorno urbano que nos rodeaba con la gran cantidad de grafitis que hay en ese estacionamiento donde casi siempre se realizan los eventos.

For the development of these photographs I focused on highlighting a little more the environment, the original photographs had a very magenta tone, so I decontaminated the photos to give more impact and highlight the protagonist, also, in some of the photographs you can see a golden hue and is that when we took the pictures the sun was at its point of golden hour, so that different touch in some photographs, which undoubtedly is reconfirmed once taking pictures in the golden hour leaves some pretty nice results.

Para el revelado de estas fotografías me centré en destacar un poco más el entorno, las fotografías originales tenían una tonalidad muy magenta, por lo que descontaminé las fotos para dar más impacto y hacer destacar al protagonista, además, en algunas de las fotografías se puede apreciar una tonalidad dorada y es que cuando hicimos las fotografías el sol estaba en su punto de hora dorada, por eso ese toque distinto en algunas fotografías, que sin duda se vuelve a confirmar una vez que hacer fotografías en la hora dorada deja unos resultados bastante lindos.
