Where time stands still

Hello everyone!

I am again finally here.
Last Sunday I went for a walk. In the meantime, while I was not at home, our computer broke down.
It's not interesting for me to edit pictures on my mobile phone, and it's quite difficult for me to write a blog. It is not as clear as on a computer.

Next to this waterfall, I often wait for transport to work.

On Tuesday, there were only two ducks here, and two days later, apparently, the whole family appeared😅😂

Let's go back to Sunday and the walk. During my walk, I found these two coins.
Grandma usually says if we find small change on the street, it means luck.

The watch caught my attention. It reminds me of such a small clock that my grandmother keeps in a drawer for years.

Believe it or not, this is a church tower. It is located a minute's walk from the very center of the city.

In any case, an interesting tower. It's not like most.

I'll let you in on a secret, I love houses like this!
They are adorable and really special to me.

I love this color combination!

The house is located near the city center. It seems pretty scary to me. I'm sure no one has lived in it for years. It's a real shame because it would look really nice if it was renovated a bit.

A store that I particularly like. There are several such storefronts. The interior looks like something from a Christmas movie. So much magic in one place😍

I have to admit, this is the strangest thing I've ever seen.😅 A pizza machine that is ready in four minutes.
At first glance, it looks cute, admit it😋

Sculpture in the city center next to the bank.

And the city center, which is empty.
The fountain pauses until the weather gets warmer.
There is a market in this place every Friday. You can buy fresh, but most important of all, local fruits and vegetables. In my opinion, there is no big difference in price if we compare with stores. However, the smell and taste cannot be compared. The whole apartment smells for days. The fruit is so sweet and smells wonderful. Vegetables only last a few days. Whereas, for example, zucchini or tomatoes from the market can sit for weeks and will not change their shape, smell or taste.

Roses withstand the cold weather and bloom as if they were spring.

The restaurant terrace is closed.
I'm sure it's nice to sit here in spring or early autumn, with soft music, lamps, and great food.

I was a little disappointed that there were no more Christmas decorations. Some shops decorated their windows already at the beginning of November, and the city was not too decorated at the beginning of December.

These lights cheered me up a bit😅

I'm not exactly sure, but I think this is just a reminder of some past times.

Why is the title where time stands still?
Because I have the impression that time has stopped in the last three years. Most of it was hitchhiked. I noticed that many shops and stores were closed. Some recently, and some maybe a year or two ago.
We got used to some other way of life that was imposed on us.
When I remember only the beginnings and then when we weren't even allowed to leave the house at a certain time. And now it seems that this habit of staying closed in the house has remained.
It's not the warmest weather and everyone closes in their houses, at least until the snow falls and the winter joys begin.

But that's just my opinion.

What do you think?

Until the next writing, which will probably be tomorrow😂 We are planning to go to the waterfalls.

Amazing to see the roses withstanding the cold. Bring on summer soon!
