Hello everyone!
I was away for quite some time, now I finally have time to post. 😁
I visited island called Reunion, a small volcanic island situated between Seychelles and Madagascar. Its famous for its volcanoes!
Never have I ever thought I would visit a volcano, and I even climbed it... It was one of the best experiences in my life! This Volcano is called Piton de la Fournaise and it is one of the most active volcanoes on the world.
Starting our climb first we had to descend and then the hike begins, now we have a look what lies in front of us!
Everywhere you look you can see some amazing clouds!
This lava remains looked interesting.
After a long walk, the climb starts to get steeper.
Weather is very dynamic, it changes so fast, as we went higher it started to get really cold and the wind was blowing mist everywhere around us. 😅
The terrain around me was so magnificent, there were many shades of black, reddish volcanic rocks. Like I was on Mars 😄

Finally after 5 hours of climbing we can enjoy our reward! At first everything was covered in clouds but after some time we had a chance to take a look on the crater, It was HUGE and magical!
Sadly wind was blowing really hard and the weather was getting worse so we couldn't spend much time up there.
