In recapitulation, 2023 was a year of great challenges, we had to pull out a little extra, especially in these Cuban lands.

In spite of that I face 2024 with optimism, I know that things will evolve for the better, after this time, I am ready to face the new challenges with more energy and work hard to achieve my dreams.

These photos are the last work of 2023, as you know one of my areas within photography is real estate.

The day I took these images, something out of the ordinary here in Cuba was very cold, the clients had the specific idea that the sun should be present, but could not be done at another time, because the house had other commitments, so this meant a challenge because the weather was the most typical winter day cloudy and sunless.

Now well, for this type of photos at the same time that is not bad, because the light is softer and the contrasts are not so strong, in the interior with the help of flashes I could achieve quite clear environments, of course it took a good few hours of editing say about 50-60 hours, almost whole days.

One of the most significant things I had to do was to make sky substitution in some of the exterior photos so that the presence of the sun would be noticed and still be appreciated in a natural way.

I liked the house quite a lot and this is a factor that is always helpful when you have to do a thorough job, because if the element to photograph is not attractive, it becomes terrible tedium 😅😅

With a very central location near Linea Street in Vedado, it has very nice views and the cloudy day helped me to capture the view of the city, without the strong lights or shadows flooding the whole scene, being able to achieve more detail in buildings and streets, I made the sky change smoothly overlaying the new one without completely covering the original one, using Photoshop layers to give a soft look to the images.

With this beautiful view of Havana I close 2023 and open 2024 wishing you all a Happy New Year full of good energies, health, prosperity and love !!!. I love you 😘.

Haciendo una recapitulación el 2023 fue un año de grandes retos, hemos tenido que sacar un poco el extra sobre todo por estas tierras cubanas.

A pesar de eso enfrento el 2024 con optimismo, se que las cosas van a evolucionar para bien, después de este tiempo, estoy listo para afrontar los nuevos retos con más energía y trabajar duro por alcanzar los sueños.

Estas fotos son el último trabajo del 2023 , como saben uno de mis áreas dentro de la fotografía es la inmobiliaria.

El día que tome estás imágenes, cosa fuera de lo común aquí en Cuba hizo mucho frío , los clientes tenían la idea específica de que el sol debería hacer presente, pero no se podían hacer en otro momento ya que la casa tenía otros compromisos, por eso esto significó un reto ya que el tiempo fue el más típico día de invierno nublado y sin sol.

Ahora bien para este tipo de fotos al mismo tiempo eso no es malo , porque la luz es más suave y los contrastes no son tan fuertes , en el interior con la ayuda de los flashes pude lograr ambientes bastante claros , por supuesto que costó sus buenas horitas de edición digamos que unas 50-60 horas, casi días enteros

De las cosas más significativas que tuve que hacer fue hacer sustitución de cielo en algunas de las fotos exteriores para que se notará la presencia del sol y que aún así se apreciara de forma natural

La casa me gusto bastante y esto es un factor que siempre es de ayuda cuando debes hacer un trabajo minucioso, ya que si el elemento ha fotografiar no resulta atractivo , se convierte en tedio terrible 😅😅

Con una locación muy céntrica cerca de la calle Línea en el Vedado , tiene unas vistas muy bonitas y el día nublado me sirvió para poder capturar la vista de la ciudad, sin que las fuertes luces o sombras inundarán toda la escena, pudiendo lograr más detalle en edificios y calles, hice el cambio de cielo suave superponiendo el nuevo sin tapar del todo el original, utilizando las capas de Photoshop para darle un look suave a las imágenes.

Con esta bella vista de La Habana cierro el 2023 y abro el 2024, deseándole a todos un Feliz año, cargado de buenas energías, salud, prosperidad y amor!. Los quiero 😘.
