Heaven on the earth , Darjeeling is the place for natural beauty

Darjeeling is the place where the hills has no limit to caress the sky .A place where a complete balance of nature mesmerised the city so beautifully .I went to darjeeling many times as it is just located in the state of west bengal as district and it is just 9 hours journey from Kolkata ,West Bengal where i resided .
This small city had long history but in brief i would say, this is a gift made by British who administered India for many years .That time in 1800 century , British has full phase trade business in east part of India where the weather was quite hot in almost summer and autumn season so British explored this location and developed as liveable city where weather always become cold . Actually British had lot of intention to develop this place as it was great hub for tea production .
Anyways , i am not going deep in History and let's enjoy the blog .

Those stay out of India will think for sure about tour this beautiful place as It has lot of things to explore and ride the journey of adventure.

The place is always cloudy and often rains .i mean it has wet weather in all season and this is the beauty of this place where you love to stay. If you go out for cycling then you feel the sounds of winds, local animals and birds. I love personally cuckoo sounds which make me feel like i am last survivor on the earth with this cuckoo.

If you plan to visit Darjeeling then let me tell you this is one of the best place in India which is well connected with Trains , Airline and Road. So there would be no trouble during travel and the experience would be fabulous.
I always travel from kolkata to Siliguri by Train and then take the roadways where i have lot of adventurous fun. The road is constructed in such a way ,you feel like riding merry-go-round.

All the house constructed on the hills which look dangerous but that is the one of attraction of the city where everything goes well even after earthquake.

Flowers in every colours are planted everywhere naturally and you feel such amazing when you walk .

Darjeeling has one lane road which sometimes challenging when two vehicles has to cross each other. there are ropeway too to in some point to make the travel more easy and convenient .

Oh! yes i did late in the blog about Tea fields. Darjeeling is very popular for producing premium quality tea .The taste of tea is world recognised ,english breakfast tea if you remember is the most consuming tea and 80% tea are used from Darjeeling .

The place has Teesta River which is well popular for rafting .Many tourist just visit the place to get the part of this beautiful adventure . The water is such clear and cold ,can watch & catch the alive fish into the water.

This is the drawing which illustrate the actual human made transport called 'Toy train' .A train which make your tour more special and unforgettable, The train engine is still used steam operating engine which is not fast enough during the tour but still awesome experience as the journey goes through hills valley and jungles.

The city view is heart touching and beautiful .cloudy and cold always make you covered your body with winter wearing .Rain and thundering will amaze you like ' heaven on the earth' feelings.

The place is also have lot to explore and one of them is visiting closely the world 2nd peak mountain called 'Kanchenjangha' . The view is so complete and eye catching ,nobody want to leave the place before clicking some awesome pictures.

Darjeeling people are very brave and gentle by nature ,they are even more welcoming.The place is completely divine and holy too , many Buddhist temples are located which gives you positivity and miraculous energy to you body.

In Final words , Darjeeling the complete package of your tour requirement . either you want natural scenic view or adventure through ride . The UNESCO protects this world heritage site . The place is available in all season for everyone.
