Sunsets are magical for me , if I'm going to choose between sunrise and sunset, i'd go with sunset. I don't know but there's something in sunset that draws me. Maybe because sunset gives different sky colors . beautiful photos as always:)

I do understand what your saying and heading out for a sunset you have light and what clouds are about so you have an idea of what the sunset may be like
But in contrast sunrises you head out in the dark so have no idea
