Unforgettable Afternoon at That Beach!

<>

When I arrived at Aceh's Bangka Jaya beach this afternoon, the sky was still blue. Every now and then white clouds floated like white cotton that was swayed by the sea breeze this afternoon. But this afternoon I am calm, there is no need to rush like yesterday afternoon. Calm down after going through a lot today so you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the beach this afternoon. Yes, the coast of Aceh where God entrusted and raised us on the side of the world that is a little remote and lonely. But nature has raised us well even without the intervention of any particular party. Indeed, life is beautiful and balanced.

I am very grateful for the blessings of life today. There are many things that I can enjoy this afternoon. At the same time, I want to share many things with my friends about our life on the coast of Aceh, through the pictures I share.

As the sun sets low on the western horizon, the red-orange colors start to look beautiful in the evening sky. I took some beautiful moments to share with friends on this beloved platform. I pointed the camera several times at the boat leaning on the sand.

Not long after I took some pictures of the red and white blue boat, suddenly there were two teenage boys crossing in front of the boat. I took a picture too. I think this is also a moment worth sharing with friends.

After taking some pictures according to the context above, I then strolled along with the beach breeze to see people pulling trawlers traditionally from a considerable distance from where I was standing.

I also approached my motorbike which I intentionally parked near the beach even though it was a little difficult to get through the sand for a duck motorbike like that. As for my intentions and goals, so that it is easier for me to reach the far coast when there is a good moment, I just need to ride a motorcycle, even though it is a little wet with salt water, but it can be washed when I get home, I thought.

So by riding a motorcycle I combed the coast of Aceh this afternoon. I saw fishing people pulling traditional fishing nets from a distance. This is an interesting and exciting moment in my opinion.

I also wanted to rush over there to see how things were going. It might take three minutes to get there, I mean at this place. :)

Then, I took some pictures of their life on the beach. They struggle and work hard pulling fishing nets manually relying on their muscles as their way of working because they are not touched by the hands of the country. They live, work and think in their own way.

Meanwhile in the sky the color of twilight is getting more and more visible as it hints that night will come soon. They continue to pull the net to the rhythm of the incoming waves to make it easier for them to pull the net. As if this is the most powerful and smartest trick they have in speeding up the withdrawal of fishing nets. After some time towing, finally the net was lifted to the mainland or to the coast.

But do you know what happened my friend? My tears fall framing down my cheeks when I see their fishing net is empty! Completely empty! No fish at all. Uh! I saw the face of an old sailor with a storm in his chest and his sweat wafting into the sky. Sad face! His face was sad without words. He stared at the empty fishing net for a long time. When his eyes met mine that was watching him, the old fisherman smiled at me and lowered his head languidly. And I know what it all means. I wanted to take a picture of it because it's a really good moment. But I don't think this is worth it, instead I want to bow and respect him as a father figure to his children. Those who await his return carry money and fish in hand. To replace the moment, I pointed my camera at a fish-buying motorbike whose basket was empty because there were no fish this afternoon.

Then I left the place and got back on my motorcycle.

I also started to take pictures of some other interesting objects, before returning home.

I saw an orange boat among the palm trees on the beach, and I took a picture of it.

When the color in the sky gets thicker with a reddish-orange color, this is the moment I love. I capture cool moments.

After taking many moments, we finally left without bringing fresh fish. The fishing nets are completely empty with no fish. Usually we buy it direct from them for dinner side dish.

But this afternoon, unlike their usual afternoon, the weather was a little windy, maybe the fish were reluctant to approach the coast.

So instead we bought 2.5 kg of marlyn fish on the way home in a by pass for 10 dollars more or less the same as traditional traders. My family prefers marlyn fish over tuna. It tastes very good when this marlyn fish is cut into small pieces and then fried in flour until crisp.

Anyway, I also captured some pictures of marlyn fish complete with wasps sucking blood and eating the fresh flesh of marlyn fish. :)

Thus this post was made with the original, hopefully friends like it.

Thank you so much everyone, stay healthy.

Love, Seha76!
