Hoy les traigo una de las fotografías más bonitas que he podido realizar a lo largo de mi carrera como fotógrafo. Si bien son imágenes visualmente sencillas, poseen un gran poder y un gran impacto.
Para todos los fotógrafos del mundo, desde sus inicios hasta los que ya son grandes profesionales con muchos años de experiencia, uno de los momentos más hermosos de todos los días es la famosa hora dorada o ese momento en el que se acerca un atardecer con un cielo totalmente naranja que baña por completo el ambiente y pinta siluetas hermosas sobre todo lo que toca.
En diciembre tuve la oportunidad de viajar por negocios a una isla paradisíaca de Venezuela llamada la isla de Margarita. Recuerdo que nos quedamos en el hotel Hesperia, cuya arquitectura y estilo maravillan a todo aquel que lo visita. Realizamos los trabajos por los que íbamos y, ansioso sabiendo que tenía muy cerca la playa, veía cómo se asomaba una hermosa luz dorada a través de una ventana de la habitación. Por un momento sentí que no iba a llegar, mi cámara estaba aproximadamente en un 15% de batería y la memoria casi llena, pero tenía que arriesgarme. Así que salí corriendo de la habitación en el piso 8, me dirigí directamente a la playa en la parte de atrás del hotel y pude contemplar la belleza de un atardecer totalmente naranja.
Encendí mi cámara y, sabiendo que tenía pocos disparos, elegí los momentos correctos en los que las familias se divertían a orillas del mar y con ese hermoso paisaje logré capturar la siguiente fotografía.

Today I bring you one of the most beautiful photographs I have been able to take throughout my career as a photographer. While they are visually simple images, they possess great power and impact.
For all photographers around the world, from their beginnings to those who are already great professionals with many years of experience, one of the most beautiful moments of every day is the famous golden hour or that moment when a sunset approaches with a totally orange sky that completely bathes the environment and paints beautiful silhouettes on everything it touches.
In December I had the opportunity to travel on business to a paradisiacal island in Venezuela called Margarita Island. I remember that we stayed at the Hesperia Hotel, whose architecture and style amaze everyone who visits it. We did the work we went for and, anxious knowing that the beach was very close, I saw how a beautiful golden light peeked through a window in the room. For a moment I felt like I wasn't going to make it, my camera was at about 15% battery and the memory was almost full, but I had to take a chance. So I ran out of the room on the 8th floor, went straight to the beach at the back of the hotel and was able to contemplate the beauty of a totally orange sunset.
I turned on my camera and, knowing that I had few shots left, I chose the right moments when families were having fun by the sea and with that beautiful landscape I managed to capture the following photograph.
