Friendly greetings to all my friends in the Photography Lovers community around the world. Have a great activity. Today I was sitting on the porch next to the house, to herd the chicks I just bought. This chicken is a broiler type. Maybe chicken broiler.
Broiler Chicken is a superior breed of chicken resulting from crosses from chicken breeds that have high productivity, especially in producing chicken meat. Chickens belonging to the Phasianidae family, species of Gallus domesticus, with the genus Gallus.
As usual, I always look after this boiler chicken. Why because from a young age I took care of it until it could be cut. When I was little or I just bought it at the market, I gave food to the shop for two weeks. Then from the third week to the sixth week, I mixed the food, using rice groats, then rice and finally using fine bran. After I grew up I made the food like free-range chicken so what I expected the meat from the chicken to be hard or like free-range chicken.
When I raise this chicken according to the needs of the kitchen. Some are six months, some are a year or more. The weight also varies. Starting from three kilograms to five kilograms. It's a very good weight in my opinion. So if I cut the chicken it can be one tail or two tails. So that I can share neighbors. The taste of the chicken is delicious, tasty and not high in fat. Hope all friends are happy.
