Today, I was looking at posts on Hive and found a Photo Quest competition by @qurator. The theme this time is mist, which is perfect for me. I love misty landscapes and have many photos of mist. It was hard to pick just one, but this theme is very special to me.
The photo I chose is very important. It was taken in a mystical forest that always has mist. This place feels calm and otherworldly, making it one of my favourite spots.
Those moments when normal scenes turns into magical ones. It often creates a feeling of mystery and peace, which is why I love photographing it.
I also post other photos because I just love them and want you guys to see them. One of my favorite things is waking up in the morning to find mist everywhere. It's such a beautiful and peaceful sight. Light and mist together, especially in the early morning create amazing effects. This theme really fits my love for misty photography, and I'm excited to share my photo with the community.

What a wonderful place, it looks like something out of a fantasy movie!
It’s an amazing place. This is in Madeira, but the most interesting thing is that if you drive 10 km away from this forest, it's 30 degrees, while in the forest it's only 10 degrees. Madeira is truly a special island.

Thank you :) but I have to add that it's quite difficult to take good pictures because it's so foggy everywhere, and sometimes you can't see 2 meters in front of you 😂 You can easily get lost 🤔
With that touch of mist it gives a perfect and natural filter to these photos. Best regards !
Thank you ☺️.Taking pictures of mist with a camera is a challenge, especially in this forest with high humidity. My lens was constantly fogging up, making it hard to adjust the light properly. But the results aren't so bad ;)
That first picture is really something else! Love seeing people manage how to take advantage of fog when it comes to photography. It just gives a unique mood if known how to be used!
Thanks, but the lighting is a big problem here. I think I took 20 pictures of the first one before I was happy with the results 😂
