My midnight abandoned walk with a flash - p1.

My long awaited weekend just started yesterday at evening, when i finished the busy work week. And even this week was only 3 working days long, due to the previous holidays days, it still felt like full and heavy by work.
Firstly i visited some photo exhibition of one of the locals street photographers, photographing mostly in Jerusalem. All the printed works were photographed in Jerusalem as well. Most of the works exposing the religious life of the "holy" city.
I loved some of the works, but in the whole feeling of the body of work, it wasn't made as something continues and telling a story. Just nice moment, close ups to faces, some emotions, but no connecting thread, except the location and the Religious oriented places.
And when after the only one round of looking on the 30 prints, i got the feeling that there is no reason for a second round. Remind me exactly why i don't mind to exhibit my works.
After the exhibition i visited a new pub, opened by my friends in the city located in 40 km from there, and after a draft beer
i decided to take some night pictures with a build flash.
It was already 1AM. Today just started and i spent around hour and half in exploring the night and empty city :-)
At the end i reached the abandoned cemetery, which looked scary without any available lighting, only with sometimes flashing flashes, no more.

More is coming :-)

An abandoned and almost empty swimming pool.

And finally the cemetery !

An online hard copy of my black and white magazine is available just for $15.
Grab your copy. Support the Artist with your attention to his/her ART. This Zine looks very nice on every coffee table as an addition to the strong black coffee, which you serve to your guests.
