The training on this wedding cake lady is going A+, one topping stretched and pinned the two tops then pinned all horizontal shoots to allow the middle shoots to grow up. I guess this is manifold? Probably should defoliate soon. One more round of training and maybe topping again an this one is going to be a beast!
