La corte suprema mexicana ha emitido una sentencia donde se declara inconstitucional la prohibición del uso y producción de cáñamo industrial para fines que no sean medicinales o científicos.
La industria del cáñamo no solo tiene que ver con alucinógenos, con moños, también existe el cáñamo una materia prima demasiado explotable y con muchos usos.
