Friends of this beautiful community I hope everyone is well and have a beautiful weekend, I want to share with you about a beautiful residence that is located on the shore of the beach, this residence has approximately 40 apartments I do not know exactly at the moment because I have not studied the plans, but from what I managed to observe and see above that is an approximate amount.
In this opportunity we were asked for a budget for an architectural survey of the existing one, so the engineer told me to go with her to check and get an idea of how much we had to modify the current plans and how much it would cost, but when I went to the place I was very surprised by the location and the magnitude of the building so we did the respective calculation and verified the modifications which are not many, but it is still a great job so I hope they give it to us to have an extra income next month, as we need it, soon I will share with you the finishes and part of the distribution of the apartments which I really loved that despite having so many changes its distribution is very clean.

Amigos de esta hermosa comunidad espero que todos se encuentren bien y tengan un hermoso fin de semana, quiero compartir con ustedes sobre una hermosa residencia que está ubicada a la orilla de la playa, esta residencia cuenta con aproximadamente unos 40 apartamentos no sé con exactitud por los momentos porque no me he estudiado los planos, pero por lo que logré observar y ver por encima esa es una cantidad aproximada.
En esta oportunidad nos pidieron un presupuesto para levantamiento arquitectónico de la existente, por lo que la ingeniera me dijo para que fuera con ella a chequear y tener una idea que tanto había que modificar los planos actuales y cuanto sería el costo, pero al ir al lugar me sorprendió mucho la ubicación y la magnitud de la edificación así que bueno ya hicimos el cálculo respectivo y verificamos las modificaciones las cuales no son muchas, pero igual es un gran trabajo así que espero que nos lo den para tener una entrada extra el próximo mes, ya que nos hace bastante falta, pronto compartiré con ustedes los acabados y parte de la distribución de los apartamentos lo cual me encantó de verdad que a pesar de tener tantos cambios su distribución es muy limpia.
