Haveno: A Decentralized Fiat Onramp for Monero

Huge news today for the community:

A decentralized exchange is being developed to facilitate Monero<->fiat and Monero<->crypto transactions! It's still a proof of concept and is based on the Bisq exchange, and will incorporate P2P networking using tor to maintain privacy. This will allow a huge number of people an onramp to buy Monero as a currency, since some big exchanges do not currently offer it (Coinbase, Binance US).
