How are your GPU's?

I don't know what issue is but my PC has been acting strange for months now. First time I turn on power it loads to an empty desktop:

After that I go to sleep mode. I return from sleep mode and it works well again. I thought about taking my pc to be fixed but have not done that because: 1. I believe that warranty is already over. 2. I don't want to lose my PC for hoever long it would take to fix this. and 3. This is only a minor annoyance- PC works well after I return from sleep mode.
