Its Fitness time and today is the day of shoulder workout so I am going to share the video of shoulder workout time with all of you.Today I was scrolling through my community feed and wondered in which community I should post videos related to Gym. Then I found this amazing community which named as @hive-196233 @C/Rant,Complain,Talk and a very beautiful line is written in the about section of this community and that is Talk about things that did not fit well elsewhere so for that reason I selected this community for posting my videos which is related to gym because I didn't find any other appropriate community

At the starting level, a friend of mine asked me to go to the gym whose name is Ajay Kumar on his behest i joined gym.At the starting level, I did not enjoy the gym as much because it seemed that go daily, follow the same routine and then come back home But as soon as it takes some time, I started liking working out, there was also a reason for this.That I started seeing a difference in my own strength, the weight that I did not even know before, now I started vermupsetting with that weight.

People say that Gym is for physical fitness but I do not believe so at all because it is used to enhance your mental ability as well as your physical fitness


By going to the gym, you learn many more things like...

  • coordinating yourself with your partner.
  • Your focus increases in doing any work automatically.
  • It Teach You to Be Punctual for the Time
  • It also teaches you how to do something while being disciplined.

I am feeling very delightful while I am sharing these pictures with my HIVE family

Than is for stopping by the community! It’s a lot of fun and has quite a few good people in here posting some good stuff! You should check out some other people if you can.

The gym is definitely one of the places I miss the most! I love getting a solid workout in! I think my favorite exercise has got to be Power Cleans with a nice 45 pound pole and 2 25 pound rubber weight plates. I was in the best shape of my life when I was lifting that weekly!
