Many individuals are excited when they hear about Hive and want to join right away, but I always try to educate them about the Hive ecosystem before giving them the go-ahead to sign up. I have people that I'm educating and I'll be onboarding them soon. Increasing our number is a wonderful thing, but I think It is better when we onboard the right people and guide them so they can make useful contribution to the Hive ecosystem.
