It's my first time posting in this community, the Market Friday, so hello everyone. My name is Eatslance. I'm going to tell you about the Carbon Night Market, which is one of the busiest and most popular night markets in Cebu City, Philippines, and is located right along M. C. Briones St, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu, specifically Quezon Boulevard, next to the Senior Citizen’s Park, which houses the new Sto. Niño Chapel.

Right in the center of Cebu City, Carbon Market is an outdoor night market that sells a variety of locally produced goods. It gives market merchants several possibilities to sell their wares, including Cebu specialties and a range of food stalls. Only on Friday and Sunday nights does it open.

Just to briefly mention, Cebu City's Carbon Market is undergoing a significant makeover for the first time in more than a century. The modernization project is still ongoing, and Cebu2World (a subsidiary of Megawide Construction Corp.), the organization in charge of it, is also responsible for making the night market a reality. I used to visit Carbon Market for groceries or other needs, but I never thought I'd go there for a nighttime stroll to take photos and sample new foods.

The night market's entryway is well constructed. This particular location appears entirely different than it did before. I'm quite eager to enter and explore Cebu's beauty just from looking at the entryway.

I've seen a lot of images and videos about the carbon night market on various social media sites, so I already know how it looks, but seeing it in real life is different. I've come to the conclusion that this is the Philippines' busiest night market. There were several stalls and a large number of individuals. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, it is also an excellent business potential. You can put up your own stall there after renting a certain space for a given price.

"Pungko-Pungko"

Pungko Pungko is a term used to describe the fried foods sold at the famed street food stands in Cebu that sell a range of fried foods. This is well-known in the Philippine city of Cebu. Since Cebuanos adore pungk-pungko, a stall selling it is to be anticipated. In the typical pungko-pungko arrangement, you can literally eat in front of the table, but at the Carbon Night Market, there is a designated area for eating the meal in.

"Cebu's Lechon"

Cebu is undoubtedly well-known for its lechon. The best lechon in our country is sold in Talisay and Car-car provinces. But I prefer the Talisay's lechon more personally. Although I'm not entirely sure where this lechon originated, I'm pretty confident Talisay or Car-car are the places it came from. The Carbon Night Market has lechon if you're in the mood for some.

A variety of grilled seafood is also available at the Carbon night market. When I first came, I noticed how good this stall smelled, I started to want for a beach vacation. They grill a variety of seafoods, including fish, squid, and scallops. If you love seafoods, this stall is for you.

"Linarang"

The Central Visayas islands are the source of the Filipino dish linarang, often spelled larang or nilarang. It is prepared with fish in a hot, sour, fermented black bean (tausi), chile, garlic, red onion, tomato, and sour fruit broth. Despite the fact that this dish is best served in chilly weather, people nevertheless seek it out and want more whenever the opportunity arises.

You can locate a stand that also offers a variety of finger appetizers. They offer squid rolls, tempura, hotdogs, and many other things. This stall is ideal if you're solely searching for snacks.

An establishment that specializes on silog meals is known as a silogan. It is a morning meal that would be offered to everyone throughout the day and even into the night. For Filipinos, the most significant factor in eating is what we eat, not when we eat. They provide a variety of silogs, including beef, pork, bangus, squid, and more.

Of course, the market will not be without a drink to refresh. This is ideal if you wanted to have a drink while exploring the carbon night market and strolling. Additionally, it is reasonably priced for such a lovely and reviving beverage.

Cebu is indeed the Queen City of South. I was completely taken aback by the Carbon's most recent appearance today. It demonstrates how adept Cebuanos are at advancing our society and creating new chances for employment and industry. I got to see firsthand how excellent Cebuanos are, particularly in the kitchen.
