That's a horse of a different color! I do love a pizza that os thin and crispy.
There was a place in New Haven. Connecticut called Sally's pizza. It was a hole in the wall, but even movie stars made their way from NYC . It was a huge pie that came out of the oven, as big as the table, but so thin, you could almost eat one yourself! Never have I ever had one like that since I left home.
The thin crust really does make a difference in how much of it you want to eat.
If you didn't eat much it would be a good option, but if you eat half the pie in a sitting, you've kind of lost the advantage....LOL

No lie!! They still make them! There is one guy here on Hive that has been there and confirmed! Of course, we are talking a booth that sits four or six squished.
