The more I read, the more I'd say no to the house/estate. It looks great in photo but when you started enumerating the cons, I would do the same thing too and say no.

I have been posting about our Sunday market and I think that is the best part to know more about different cultures. I'm not sure about architecture but there are still remnants of American occupation that one can see in the city.
