I love the mincers, it's a long time since I've seen those for home use, I guess they have been overtaken by food processors. A mincer was an essential part of kitchen equipment, growing up.
Borlotti beans are an excellent choice. I love the taste, fresh or dried, but I have found it difficult to get hold of seed beans to grow my own. Perhaps I look too late in the year and they have sold out.
Yes, that's right, these have almost completely disappeared... But apparently they haven't said their last word!
As for the beans, it's true that I sometimes have trouble finding them too, that's why I buy my seeds in winter and when I find some like here :)
