Whenever I have the opportunity to discuss with people when it comes to the subject matter of health, I actually always tell people that our body system is very fragile that even the slightest misuse of our body or ignorance of some certain symptoms in our body system can leads to several diseases and even leads to death of some people.
Recently and according to my view in my society, I have come to discover that one common issue that a lot of people are saving is the case of high blood pressure which others called hypertension. It has become a very common type of health challenges among a lot of people in recent years. One sad true about hypertension is that it originated from something.
What do I mean by that, Hypertension is a symptom for others disease manifesting in our body system. Examples like Stroke, like heart disease and many more. Trust me, all these three I make mention of is dangerous and has claimed a lot of people's lives. If there is actually something that has increased the case of hypertension in our present society, I will tag it as poor lifestyle routine. One major causes of high blood pressure is when there is unbalanced diet.
According to my research, I have come to discover that foods that have high quantity of salts, sugar and even fats. All these things contribute to the cause of hypertension. There are days I will engage in discussions with people that why is it that our forefathers live long and hardly face issues of these high blood pressure. I discovered that our forefathers back then around 30-40 decades ago consumed a well healthy and balanced diet.
If you have lived with some of them, you will discover that their diet is well riches in vitamins and raw foods. Unlike the type of foods we eat nowadays that are mostly processed foods. The side effects of these processed foods to our body system is they increase the tendency of high blood pressure, kidney failure and many more.
Well when it comes to high blood pressure and what causes it. It is not only limited to only poor diet. Sometimes stress can add to it. A lot of us did not even have time to take care of our body system due to lots of demands on our society. Stress is a major factor most especially when it comes to accumulated stress. When we talk about stress, it can takes different shape like mental stress, emotional stress and others. Stress moat of the time is responsible for the blood pressure to rise.
When it comes to managing high blood pressure. It is not really difficult as some of us always think it is. Make sure you eat a well balanced diet, create time to rest no matter what. Before I really didn't pay attention to rest but now I know better. It is good to work and work, but make sure that in as much as you are working, you still have time to rest because health is wealth. When you are not resting, you are doing your body great harm because stress will be accumulating and before you know it, it causes other side effects like high blood pressure in your body system.
Also not only that, make sure that you pay close attention to exercise. Try to engage in physical activities daily. It will help to put your body system in good shape and helps to avoid pressure. When I am talking about exercise, it is not necessarily it should be tough and choking exercises. Little exercise like running, taking a walk and many more can also help.
If all these things didn't help, then it is high time to contact medical help probably you will be placed on medications. It is always better to prevent high blood pressure than treating it.
