Growing up, I always hear that phrase that we should take care of our health. We should eat good food, eat good fruit and lots more tips that will make us to be healthy. Even though it is very true, I gre up with another wrong mindset which initially I never thought it was a wrong mindset not until I get exposed to more knowledge. As a little child, I always think it is only rich people that can actually take care of their health effectively as they always say to us because I have that mindset that it always cost so much to maintain your health.
Well after many years later, I discovered it does not really cost so much for us to take care of our health. The little cash you have, you can use it to get quality and high nutritional food and also fruit. When it comes to the subject matter of fruit, we have a whoe lot of fruit in existence in this world that plays a very important role in our health. Of course everyone of them have their own role that they play in our health. Today out of the numerous list, I will be picking 5 list of fruit you should never miss eating for your health.
The first is apple. Apple is known to be the most common type of fruit everyone knows. But beyond the popularity that it has, it also gave a lot of health benefits that is attached to it beyond much more. According to my research, it is obvious that apple contains a lot of fiber that goes a long way to help in digestion. Not only that, the more you consume apple, the more your blood sugar level is regulated and that is why most time, diabetic patients are told to always eat apple. Attached to it is that the apple helps to prevent cancer, heart disease and many more.
The second fruit on my list I will like to talk about are Bananas. When we talk about bananas, the first thing that comes to our mind is monkey. Buy beyond the funny identity that banana carries, many of us will shock to discover that banana is rich in potassium that helps to maintain your blood pressure. Not only that, banana is one of the top fruit that is rich in a whole lot of vitamins. Banana is good, if you have not started eating it, start today and you will thank me later in the future.
The third one is berries. Well berries are not really common in county like Nigeria take for example but for countries like America, it is quite common and you should always consume them. When I talk about berries, it encompasses both strawberries, blueberries and all other berries rhG we have. They have to fight against inflammation in our body system. The more you consume berries, the more it increases the health of your heart and generally prevent you from any heart diseases.
The fourth fruit I will recommend for you to take are oranges. In fact, it is rare for someone not to know about oranges. It is quite popular. Oranges plays a very important role to increase your heart health also, helps to fight against inflammation and also helps to prevent cell damage most especially for your skin. The more you consume fruit like oranges, you are tend to have fresh skin. You can either eat it raw or drink the juice.
The last fruit I will like to talk about as I conclude is Avocados. Avocados is a fruit that also contains nutrients and helps in fiber. Most especially avocado helps to improve the functioning of your brain and also helps to give you smooth skin that you will not want to take away. I can keep mentioning more and more but let me stop today with these five. Trust me, if you can start eating those fruit, it will be so sure to help improve your health.
