The reason affecting a whole lot of us is ignorance of some certain informations that should have actually helped us. Some of us will not actually be where we are today if only we have paid close attention to some certain informations at the early stage. A lot of us didn't even know that there is a high side effect when we eat high calories foods. We live in a world whereby we love processed food and fast food because we just want to satisfy our cravings.
Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that you should not satisfy your cravings but what I am just trying to say is that it actually have side effects and if we did not pay attention to it, it might actually affect our health. One of the major side effects of consuming too much of fast food and snacks is because it increases our calories in our body. Today, I have come to present to you valid information why you should run away from high calories.
Every weight gain or obesity issue we witness, many of us will not agree that it is actually caused by high level of calories. The more we consume those fast food or high calories food, it increases the calories in our body which accumulated to high weight. Because one of the things those calories cause is it increases fats in our body system. For some people, it even leads to obesity. For many of us, we did not know about obesity, obesity leads to heart issues, diabetes and even cancers at some certain stage.
Apart from that, the side effect of consuming those fast foods that contains high level of calories is because it actually affects our body system and deprived us not to actually have access to nutrients. There are some vital nutrients that is really useful and very important for your health. Examples like fiber, mineral and generally vitamins. But when we did not eat well good food and we just focus on fast food because we want to satisfy our cravings, it affects us and prevent our body not to have access to the needed nutrients.
The funniest thing about these calorie is that it looks so small until it actually accumulated in us. Some of the carbonated drinks we take and some snacks we take sometimes just to satisfy our cravings, at first it might not really look so big but at the end of the day, when it has actually accumulated, it began to cause massive issues in us beyond what we can actually overcome. That is how it works. A soft drink according to research makes me to understand that it can contain around 500 calories.
Before it is too late, it is better to pay close attention to what we eat. Some of the things or side effects of those fast food is that we might not even see the Manifestation initially, it is after many years that we will begin to see the Manifestation. All these calories will accumulate in our body system until it gets to a time whereby we will begin to see the side effects and that is why we should pay attention to it. We should not actually take those food in our body system no matter how much the cravings might look like. We should always pay attention to what we eat before it is actually too late. Health will always be wealth.

I found that eating the right high-calory foods at the right time actualy takes away the cravings AND much of the hunger too. I feel that sugar is the prime cause of cravings, eat a lot of sugar for breakfast, and I'll be running for the vending machine before 10:00. Protein seems to have the complete oposite effect. When I wand to loose weight, I eat one huge meal for breakfast where I basicly stuff myself with as much protein as I possibly can, and by the time I start getting peckish, its already alsmost time to go to sleep so I just call it a day and go to bed early having eaten only one very huge breakfast. Fat seems to be neutral in this respect with protein or on it's own, but seems to actualy agrevate the effect of the sugar. So when I don't need to lose weight, I stick to the high protein, but spread it over the day and add more fat, so I have two high calory (fat & protein, breakfast and dinner) meals a day. I think your story is valid though for most high calory foods, as they usualy tend to be of the low protein high fat and sugar variety.
