Take no offense because I meant none. It is just the scientist in me commenting. I am pretty sure the info are out there, just a matter of few clicks. Nevertheless, it's not likely one would find such amount of information in one place. It is an aggregate, an equivalence of a literature review. In science, when we review literature, we include the sources of our information even if they seems logical and layman-ish.

That's on one side. On the other side, it's pretty a common occurrence for authors in the community to included a few line of refences either as sources of their information or for further reading on the subject.

I'm certain you put this out here because you thought someone would read. You cannot really predict how your audience will react and not every comment has offensive intent.
