The stalker cat

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un poco de Tommy, me encanta tomarle fotos y presumir lo hermoso y elegante que es, pero tambien quiero hablar un poco sobre su comportamiento estas ultimas semanas porque se ha vuelto un gatito sumamente acosador y realmente no me molesta, pero a veces es bastante intenso jaja. La foto de portada la tome hace unos días, donde estuvo siguiéndome por toda la casa hasta que me senté y se subió en mis piernas y se quedo completamente dormido ahí.

Today I want to share a little bit about Tommy with you. I love taking pictures of him and showing off how beautiful and elegant he is, but I also want to talk a little bit about his behavior these last few weeks because he has become an extremely stalkerish kitten, and it doesn't really bother me, but sometimes it's pretty intense, haha. I took the cover photo a few days ago, when he was following me around the house until I sat down and he climbed onto my lap and fell fast asleep there.

Y creo que todos los que tenemos gatos sabemos que eso quiere decir una cosa y es que cuando un gato se duerme encima de ti NO PUEDES MOVERTE, esta prohibido perturbar su comodidad, además te esta haciendo un FAVOR con su compañía asi que ¡NO muevas a un gatito dormilón!

And I think all of us who have cats know that this means one thing: when a cat falls asleep on top of you, YOU CANNOT MOVE. It is forbidden to disturb their comfort. Besides, they are doing you a FAVOR with their company, so DO NOT move a sleepy kitten!

Tommy siempre ha sido cariñoso, pero ahora está cada día más intenso, no duerme en paz solo por estar vigilando cada cosa que hago y no es hambre ni sed, porque comida y agua jamás le faltan es que es medio psicópata y acosador jajaja. A veces estoy en la habitación viendo tv y el se acuesta en el closet, pero me levanto y sale corriendo detrás de mi a perseguirme sin importar que estaba profundamente dormido y se acuesta en el nuevo lugar donde me pongo. Es una locura. Otra cosa extraña que esta pasando es que todas las noches antes de irme a dormir (el ya sabe cuando me voy a dormir) se acerca a mi y me ve con sus enormes ojos tiernos y luego me ataca a los pies cuando ve que me muevo camino al cuarto, siento que es su manera de decirme “no te vayas” porque lo hace TODAS las noches jajaja.

Tommy has always been affectionate, but now he's getting more intense every day. He doesn't sleep peacefully because he's watching everything I do, and it's not hunger or thirst, because he never lacks food or water. It's just that he's a bit of a psychopath and a stalker, ha ha ha. Sometimes I'm in my room watching TV and he lies down in the closet, but when I get up, he runs after me to chase me, even though he was fast asleep, and lies down in the new place where I am. It's crazy.
Another strange thing that's happening is that every night before I go to sleep (he already knows when I'm going to sleep), he comes up to me and looks at me with his huge, tender eyes, and then he attacks my feet when he sees me moving toward the bedroom. I feel like it's his way of saying, “Don't go,” because he does it EVERY night, ha ha ha.

Tommy no duerme con nosotros siempre lo dejo en la sala cuando es hora de dormir y no es porque no lo quiero en la habitación es por que me da miedo que se lance por la ventana del cuarto y dormir con la ventana cerrada es horrible, me moriría de calor, por eso pienso que cada mordida en el pie antes de dormir es una forma de manifestar su enojo por dejarlo solo jajajaja. Tambien he notado que ahora le gusta mas los alimentos húmedos con sabor a pescado que la carne, asi que desde ahora intentare comprarle mas este tipo de alimentos porque le encantan.

Tommy doesn't sleep with us. I always leave him in the living room when it's time to go to bed, and it's not because I don't want him in the bedroom, it's because I'm afraid he'll jump out of the window, and sleeping with the window closed is horrible, I'd die of heat, so I think that every bite on my foot before bed is a way of showing his anger at being left alone, ha ha ha. I've also noticed that he now prefers wet food with a fish flavor to meat, so from now on I'll try to buy him more of this type of food because he loves it.

Por cierto, el día que lanzaron las bombas en caracas Tommy era el único tranquilo en casa, me pareció tan extraño pero este gato definitivamente no es normal, incluso no se asusta con los fuegos artificiales que lanzaron en navidad… Ahh pero cuando escucha a los vecinos hablando por los pasillos se asusta horrible jajaja quien lo entiende.

By the way, the day they dropped the bombs in Caracas, Tommy was the only one calm at home. I thought it was so strange, but this cat is definitely not normal. He's not even scared of the fireworks they set off at Christmas... Ahh, but when he hears the neighbors talking in the hallways, he gets terribly scared, ha ha ha. Who can understand him?

bueno no es malo que sea tranquilo, porque todo inquieto sobre todo con los ruidos fuertes iendo de aquí para allá jeje

well it's not a bad thing that it's quiet, because everything gets restless especially with the loud noises going from here to there hehe
