RE: Meet Milo, our newest family member.

Wow, what a beauty! 😍

My friend is an owner of 3 Siberian Huskies.
She’s very active and vocal for campaigning about what they need as animals - apparently they need very special care, mental attention and can be quite challenging in specific ways. Sounds like you’ve done your research tho and have done first hand experience. Smart dogs!

Great news addition to the family. Cheers for sharing :)

He’s one switched on dog for sure. Has your friend got a website or anything I can take a look at?
I’ve had dogs most of my life but it’s been a while since the last one. Can’t wait to walk around swinging a bag of poo 🤣

Hey! Sadly Lucy doesn’t seem to be online, all her accounts are down. Insta and Facebook. Maybe she got sick of it all 😆

Anyway, I would have asked her directly if she had suggested support sites, or her own articles.
But from memory she often posted Insta Stories about the points in this article: https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.bluecross.org.uk/pet-advice/five-things-think-about-getting-husky%3famp

She was posting a lot around the time of Game of Thrones when the breed became even more popular. She saw a lot of stories of abandonment that saddened her.
She has 3 of them (fully grown) and three kids 😯
So she knows the dog breed very well indeed!

Thanks for the link, @ashtv. I think I'm one of the few who never watched GOT. Strange how TV creates such interest in certain animals just because they make an appearance. Saying that, I was tempted into getting a turtle but never found one that came with nunchucks!

Haha! Cowabunga dude!

Yeah desiring animals over their TV appearances is a weird phenomenon. Never understood that myself.
We watched all of GoT - it was astonishingly gripping and incredibly well made. Then the last season was a huge let down 🤦🏻‍♂️

I look forward to more posts about Milo though!
Cheers for sharing
