I want to share with you an experience I lived a few weeks ago, I found a friend who was homeless, a beautiful kitten that I must confess that I am not a feline lover, although I am not right I have always had dogs as pets; I had the idea that cats were not as good companions as dogs, but this kitten taught me otherwise, in a short time that I shared with her we spent very good times.

Quiero compartir con ustedes una experiencia que viví hace unas semanas, me encontré con una amiga que estaba desamparada, una hermosa gatita que debo confesar que no soy amante de los felinos, aunque no tengo razón siempre he tenido perros como mascotas; tenía la idea de que los gatos no eran tan buenos compañeros como los perros, pero esta gatita me enseño lo contrario, en poco tiempo que compartí con ella pasamos muy buenos momentos.
From the beginning she behaved very friendly and affectionate with me, the first night my girlfriend and I fed her tuna in water because I really had no idea what she could eat due to her age, we estimated her to be about 2 and a half months old or maybe a little more, she quickly gained confidence and wanted to go upstairs to eat.
Desde el principio se comportó muy amigable y cariñosa conmigo, la primera noche mi novia y yo le dimos de comer atún en agua porque la verdad no tenía idea de lo que podía comer debido a su edad, le calculamos unos 2 meses y medio o tal vez un poco más, rápidamente tomó confianza y quería subir a comer.

The next day I went to a veterinarian to get some instructions about the minimum care I had to take to keep her healthy, they advised us to deworm her and we immediately did it, we bought her food according to her age. A few days later she was used to the house and liked to sleep inside a cardboard box with her blanket and also in our bed.
Al día siguiente fui a un veterinario para que me instruyera un poco para los cuidados mínimos que debía tener para mantenerla sana, nos aconsejaron desparasitarla e inmediatamente lo hicimos, le compramos alimento acorde a su edad. A los pocos días ya estaba acostumbrada a la casa y le gustaba dormir dentro de una caja de cartón con su manta y también en nuestra cama.
At first, because she was a little dirty, she looked gray, but after bathing her we realized she was all white and we named her "Luna" and she responded to us with that name. I even took her for a walk one day in a nearby park but if a dog came near her she would bristle and get defensive, the rest of the day she slept and behaved great. I loved his company.
Al principio, como estaba un poco sucia, parecía gris, pero después de bañarla nos dimos cuenta de que era toda blanca y la llamamos "Luna" y nos respondió con ese nombre. Incluso la saqué a pasear un día por un parque cercano, pero si se le acercaba un perro se erizaba y se ponía a la defensiva, el resto del día durmió y se portó genial. Me encantaba su compañía.

Unfortunately we didn't have the resources to keep her :( so we set about finding her a new home. It was a hard blow because we already had a connection and had shared many moments in a few weeks, we tried to find a new family for Luna and fortunately we found one, an adult cat loving lady who was delighted to adopt her, because she had a black cat and wanted to have a white kitty. And it was great to give her a better space to be and live with other cats. This experience helped me to change my way of looking at cats, and all animals in general, we should not get carried away by appearances and we should love and care for them all equally. Thank you LUNA for your sweet company.
Por desgracia no teníamos recursos para quedarnos con ella :( así que nos pusimos a buscarle un nuevo hogar. Fue un golpe duro porque ya teníamos conexión y habíamos compartido muchos momentos en pocas semanas, intentamos buscar una nueva familia para Luna y afortunadamente encontramos una, una señora adulta amante de los gatos que estaba encantada de adoptarla, porque tenía una gata negra y quería tener una gatita blanca. Y fue genial darle un espacio mejor para estar y convivir con otros gatos. Esta experiencia me ayudó a cambiar mi forma de ver a los gatos, y a todos los animales en general, no debemos dejarnos llevar por las apariencias y debemos quererlos y cuidarlos a todos por igual. Me llama la atención la curiosa forma de sus orejitas, puedo sugerir llevarla al veterinario para valorar su salud, aplicar vitaminas y estudiar la particular forma de sus orejitas, los gatitos en general son muy delicados, toma tus previsiones para ofrecerle los mejores cuidados
Si, tenía las orejitas hacia adelante, si la lleve y estaba sana es un tipo de oreja muy peculiar y las tenía un poco quemaditas por el frío debido a que estaba en una zona muy fría y expuesta, pero ya se encuentra muy bien
