The purpose of my search was to feed him and then leave him to his own free will but he is already unwilling to see humans and he is right, the children do not stop hugging him, caressing him and playing with him every time they see him, the children believe that the kitten is just a source of love and hugs, so I had to talk to them and explain to them that although the kitten is very docile, calm and he allows himself to be caressed, he feels obfuscated by so many shows of affection, I had to exemplify the situation taking them as an example, caressing their heads for a while, of course, I told them to put themselves in the cat's shoes, although he doesn't wear shoes hahaha, but yes, I told them to put themselves in his place and I think I managed to make the children understand that even though they love the pet very much, if they really love him, they should let him be petted, if they really love him, they should let him be petted, If they really love him they should let him free to live his cat life, of course there will be times when they can pet him but not with that passion and intensity as they were doing or thinking that he is a toy ready 24 hours a day for them.

I think I managed to convince the children, however, I will be watching their performance over the next few days to see if they really understood the teaching and not just took the advice for a few days.

Even though I put kitten on the desk and gave him food, he didn't want to eat it and just stayed calm and resigned to the fate that had befallen him. When he saw that the children were not caressing him as before, he understood that I was protecting him from those passionate little ones, so he tried to be in sight so as not to be the target of the unbridled caresses.

What I like most about kitten is his patience and his calmness something that is not very common in other cats that I have had, another cat would have already scratched, bitten or escaped for his life, in spite of everything he is not surly or unfriendly, I think he is just resigned to be the centre of the attention, although he doesn't like it.

Now kitty is freer, he walks freely and without limits, although he spends more time in the gardens lying on the block in the middle of the garden, I think that when he sees the children he will not move again, playing dead will offer him the possibility, however small it may be, of surviving, or at least the cute kitty will think so.

Lately I think he prefers that lonely place rather than being comfortable indoors, or is he still afraid of children?
