Fleas War Update - The Battle Of The Fleas

Have we won the war?.....

When I was gone for about a week, my kitten hadn't been taken care of and I got home only to find they were still infested with fleas. Their fleas are still happily living rent free in my kitten’s body. I was already fed up but the other day I found a new pet shop that actually sells pet supplies at a much more reasonable price. While scanning through the shop, I found they sell powdered anti fleas.

The treatment that worked!

So, I got this Harvest Total Protex Powder 15 gr that is used for either puppy or cat. This comes in sachet but you’d only need a little. You have to apply the powder to the neck as well as areas where the fleas are living rent free. Then, wait for 2-5 minutes and you can see the fleas dying and leaving the cat’s body.

Next step

I suppose I’ve won this except I still saw a few larvae and fleas eggs. The next step is definitely bathing them again so it kills all the larvae and the eggs that might hatch when the temperature is warming up. So, as you can see in this kitten, the fleas are gone! They are no longer scratching their body and I’ll no longer have nightmares about fleas.

Combined Efforts

With combined effort, now I can say that cleaning our environment and with powdered anti-fleas, you might totally win the war on that. That being said, that is the end of my flea wars and I have found the ultimate weapon to kill them next time it comes visit.
