I spent some more time by passing it through a bengali friend, and it's not bengali as well. Doing a google image search, also does not match the exact language, so I guess, some local script is used.
I was in Vrindavan. What language or scripture is used there? Maybe it's sanskrit?
I have heard its Braj Bhasha.
