This time, I drew 78 Dean. I have drawn 78 Dean, but not as chibi version. But this time, I drew it as chibi version.

After drawing chibi basic body, I drew his posture and clothes like in the card. Then, I added fans, skill, luck, im and the name of the card in the picture.

Lastly, I painted the picture. His shirt is painted with blue colour and his trouser is painted it with light brown colour. His glasses is painted with red-brown colour. I painted his hair with brown colour. I also painted his skin with fair skin colour. After painting the whole picture, I completed the chibi picture of 78 Dean.
