Illusions are useful,
the magicians say,
also the hopes,
the religious allege,
dreams are essential,
psychologists defend,
Could it be that those subtle artifacts,
They are our reason for life,
They are all very united to desire,
that as it comes from the heart,
I think it's more about the guts,
I'm scared to stop dreaming,
of waiting and getting excited,
Sometimes I think I've already reached that state,
and it's a free fall to nowhere,
faith asked me for a divorce,
and I am that I grant it to you,
so that you stop bothering,
In short, I'm going to go out and beg for miracles,
Let's see if for once in my life,
I won God's lottery.

Son útiles las ilusiones,
dicen los magos,
también las esperanzas,
alegan los religiosos,
los sueños son indispensables,
defienden los psicólogos,
será que esos artefactos sutiles,
son nuestra razón de vida,
todos ellos están muy unidos al deseo,
que según viene del corazón,
yo creo que más bien de las tripas,
me asusta dejar de soñar,
de esperar y de ilusionarme,
a veces pienso que ya llegué a ese estado,
y es una caída libre a ningún lugar,
la fe me pidió el divorcio,
y estoy que se lo concedo,
para que deje de fastidiar,
en fin voy a salir a mendigar milagros,
a ver si por alguna vez en la vida,
me gano la lotería de Dios.
Wao,muy buena la variedad utilizada para la aplcabilidad. Esto me parece poesía práctica.
