Good afternoon friends in the equatorial region. At noon today I would like to share a few photos of our students at the 4 Meurah Mulia State Elementary School. Hopefully my post this time can be an inspiration for teachers in general.

The success and success of a student lies not only because of the student's academic and intellectual abilities but how to provide/encourage students to be able to master the material and be able to develop a material into their own language which is more rational and do not just rely on rote memorization, if relying on memorization, it means students have not been able to understand a material.

One more thing that deserves attention is the emotional involvement of parents to guide their children at home so that the child's abilities become more trained in accordance with the expectations of all parents. Parents' motivation is the biggest and most effective force to achieve children's success and for children the biggest motivation is their parents.

Teachers must be kind, wise, polite and courteous in motivating their students. The following are some learning points that can foster enthusiasm/motivation to learn for students, including:

  1. Learn while playing
  2. Do and work optimally
  3. Never focus on value and results
  4. Enter the lives of students
  5. Starting from the interests and talents of the students

It is expected that students using the above method will be more motivated in participating in their learning activities/routines.

Greetings @zafar82, motivation is a fundamental element in the learning process, also the use of the right strategies and tools, also focusing on the child's interests will allow the child to achieve great progress.

Peace and good!

Thanks very much @virgilio07
