This is now the house of my beautiful and classy grandmother, Marcosa. It was full of lovely orchids and different flowers. This house was full of beautiful and wonderful memories. It's so sad to see it like this. Lola had seven children. Now, they are down to four, all are senior citizens and have a house and family.
By the way, it was already sold. Poster for sale is not the property.

Gone are the days when this place was lively. This house was more than just a building. It was the heart of our family gatherings. Birthdays are celebrated in this house. Every Christmas, we would celebrate, and all the neighbors were invited to eat delicious food. Uncles and aunts from the US would come back home and spend their Christmas here.

Gone are the days when we played on the terrace with cousins. We laugh and do silly things together.

Gone are the days when we played basketball in the backyard. My boy cousins fought and made up.

Gone are the days when we played on the Bermuda grass at the back. We did tumblings, patentero, hide and seek, jump rope, slipper game, dakup-dakupan, lukso tinik, or just simply lie down and watch the sky.

Gone are the days when we sat on the sofa listening to the radio horror drama wrapped ourselves in big blankets or watch movies with the hunchback TV with a sliding door while eating snacks.

Gone are the days when we climbed the tree house and played bahay-bahayan.

Gone are the days when we swam in the filthy fish pond. Enjoying ourselves jumping from the narrow little bridge and fishing there. Our parents would scold and even spank us for the silly things we did.

Gone are the days when we did acrobatics when the rice field was harvested.

Looking at all the pictures of the albums takes me back in time, evoking memories and emotions. I feel a wave of nostalgia. Every picture tells a story and encapsulates moments we hold so dear, some bittersweet, some joyous.

Now, it is alone and empty. It looks like a house from a horror movie. Have you noticed that when the owner of a house is gone, the plants also die? It's like the surroundings of the house also weaken. It feels different when the people who made them special are no longer there. The plants and the surroundings seem to echo the absence, reflecting the changes in life. This house used to be full of laughter, love, joy, togetherness, and happy moments.

I miss the scent and people of the house, especially my grandmother.
It carries so much emotion and nostalgia. I have full affection and pride for my grandmother and her home. It's special and was a beautiful home and treasured memories with loved ones like Lola Marcosa are irreplaceable. The home holds so much sentimental value and it is the heart of many cherished moments we made. The memories paint such a vivid and heartfelt picture in my mind. The love and happiness it once held are forever in my heart. Remembering and cherishing those times keeps them alive.
That is all for today.

@celestyne15 how are you! Memories bring back to you. Its so sad no one lives there. Hope someone will take care of it. We have old house of my grandparents and the siblings renovate it. And still the memories will save forever. Have a nice day.

I forgot to mention that the lot had already been sold to finance my mom's sick brother. Have a grat day to you, too!
