I personally see no value in having different lock up periods of time. Instead keep it 3 days and alter the APR when needed. Allow the DeFi platforms to do the heavy lifting of higher APRs with other stables Hive HBD is for sure not ready for more complexity and there are far bigger things that should be done with that time.
The point of longer lock up is that you're then guaranteed to keep the same rate.
But yes I agree that there's bigger priorities at the moment.
