I used to do a lot of Manual Curation on Hive. Scrolling through various tags and communities to see what was worth supporting can become a bit of a time-sink that I really haven't been able to afford lately. I even had a go at writing my own curation / evaluation system a few years back, but since the hardfork where they changed how the curation rewards work I've taken the view that none of it has really been worth the effort. So I changed strategy...
Now I focus on Hive authors who consistently produce decent content and have enough track record (reputation) that I can trust aren't going to take advantage, and I put them into an auto-voter. In many ways it's kind of an accreditation process for people who I will support. It's easier, it means I can still support people adding value to the Hive ecosystem and my curation rewards are not really impacted. They remain pretty flat regardless of who I upvote.
I'm supposed to review my accredited authors fairly regularly but life has been busy lately and my zest for Hive activities has been tested, however this week I am getting my act together and doing a full review. The first part of that is to cull those authors who haven't maintained standards. That's resulted in 13 accounts being removed from my voter. I've also tweaked a few accounts up or down in the vote weights for various reasons - That's all part of the review.
Now I'm looking for some extra content creators to replace the ones I've removed. I actually have a good chunk of Hive coming off cooldown so my vote value is significantly higher than it was 2 weeks ago. I'm looking for authors who :-
1. Create decent medium/long form content
2. Post regularly (not more than daily, not less than weekly)
3. Have a good reputation (no issues with Hivewatchers)
4. Are re-investing author rewards back into Hive (not just extracting value)

I try to do manual curation, but my time is so limited these days, so I try to build up a trusted list to autovote on as well.

I like to do a mix of manual and auto curation. My auto votes follow the same pattern as you though. I think those are some important baseline criteria to meet.

Probably not as often as I should! Might have been a couple months since I was last in there.
I’ve just started (now that I’m temporarily* unemployed) manually curating again and have attempted to engage quite deeply with authors in the “created” section of HIVE. It’s how I found this post! :D (But of course, I’ve seen ya around before!)
I feel like there’s an emerging class of users who are generating decent content and engaging really intelligently in their comments.
I don’t have any names for you, because I haven’t seen consistency yet. While I’m only small fry at the moment in terms of my stake (following a power down to buy my life goal, bucket list camera lens in November last year - all thanks to HIVE!) - the goal is to slowly earn back up to be a multi-dolphin :)

I never really left in any significant way, I think I've always had something to post, but now I am being much more intentional about what I say and what I do on chain. It is funny how life changes as time progresses. :) (I mean, I was intentional before, but now I want to be more intentional!)
Careful with auto votes, some people start to switch from quality content to trash and ai after many autovotes land on their posts...
Personally don’t understand using auto votes for a personal account. I feel like it’s not best way to do it.even mistake posts get ur vote. I know life can be busy and we wanna support members we know are generally good but we can spend two minutes manually voting them once a day on days we are busy. I feel suri votes defeat purpose. There’s a place for them but for community accounts.
If one doesn't have time, he can even delegate to projects giving back HP from curation

No, you do not meet #4. Since March 2024 you have extracted over 27,000 HIVE to Binance and you currently have less than 800 HIVE still staked. That is NOT reinvesting author rewards back into HIVE.
