I often share with you my drawings on the computer and by hand. Most often these are portraits in realism or different characters. But few people know that for 6 years I have been creating portraits in the style of various cartoons, movies, anime and TV series.
It happened by accident! I wanted to make a birthday present for my best friend. She really loved the Rick and Morty cartoon. And I saw portraits on the Internet in the style of this cartoon. I thought: "Can't I do that?" 🤔
I sat down at the computer, made contours in the illustrator, and then filled them with color in Photoshop, added a background and it turned out cool. I printed it out on canvas in the printing house and she really liked it. Then her friends began to order, who saw the art. And so it went that already in my portfolio there are more than 100 art on various topics. 😱

I will try to find my first art for a friend. Since my hard drive broke down and some files I could not save.
But today I want to show one piece of art, which was the first serious order.

One girl saw my work with her friends and she liked it. She wrote to me on social media and asked me to do something special for her husband.
She asked for a heart-shaped portal for them to come out of it and hold hands. And also add Rick's signature gesture. She also sent me photos of their dog, a corgi breed. I added a photo of them together and attached photos of tattoos. And she also asked him to add the name of his favorite rock band to his T-shirt "Bring Me The Horizon".

In the beginning, I drew them in the style of Rick and Morty in the Illustrator.

Then I painted their silhouettes in Photoshop.

I did the same with their dog. I've been thinking for a long time what pose to do for her. But most often the corgis are turned by the booty in the photo and I decided to make it turned by the booty to the viewer.

In my opinion, it turned out well.

When everything was finished and threw the portrait to the customer. She was in shock. She did not expect that I would make just such a portrait and draw all the details exactly the way she wanted.
She was very pleased. And she sent me the first positive review, and a week later a photo where she printed my portrait on canvas. Then she wrote that her husband really liked it and the dog too.

That's how the story of my work in the style of different cartoons began, and then cooperation with different printing houses. 😅
