getting banned on hive is entirely dependent on the oligarchs -you could be gone in seconds - it's an illusion ( I think).
After the steem/hive fork, and the takeover of accounts that did actually happen - in actual real life - there is no logical argument against it not happening again.

If you have your own recovery account they can't do that, just front end censor you but technically your posts will always be visible on the block explorer.
