@paulmoon410 is already a Minnow and so not eligible for votes. We concentrate on levelling up the smaller accounts. Established accounts should have built some support already.

I am not 100% on this, but does each aquatic animal name correspond to a different total amount of staked Hive (HP) per account?
If this is so, is there somewhere you can refer me to where this information is stated?
The levels are based on VESTS, which are the internal blockchain representation of HP. You can see your number on HiveBuzz. When you get to a million you will be a minnow, then a dolphin at 10 million etc. They are just numbers, but someone decided to allocate these levels for gameify it.
