Where X is the amount of SP and @user is the steem user you want to delegate to. For example:
I want to delegate 100 sp to @curie

@tipu, thanks for reaching out. I will continue with you here on HIVE. I need to see who I'm delegating to but I don't know how to do that within HIVE yet. If you can point me in that direction, that would be awesome.
It appears that most of my HIVE is tied up as it was with steem so I'm not sure what I have and what I don't have.
