President Buhari Order Shut Down of the Federal Capital Territory, Taking Effect Today 24th, March

President Buhari closed down all activities in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja in a circular released to all Head of Service in Abuja. Due to the constant increase of Coronavirus cases in Nigeria and that of Abuja. The Federal Government has put into consideration that it will be safe to close down the city to curb the spreading of the virus.

I saw a video which showed Atiku's son in a club in Abuja, partying with friends and family at Play Lounge, Wuse. All those who came in contact with him are all exposed to the virus and even a Governor of state in the North has gone into self isolation as he met with him while in Lagos. Everyone in the club are advised to go testing and the club has shut down.

The President directives were very clear as he stated that Civil servant from Level 12 below should work from home and only senior officers should come to work and they should reduce the numbers of visitors they receive at a time like this.

All market will be closed and citizens are advised to sit at home.
