Hola gente de hive como estas hoy? hoy arranqué el día distinto 🌞. Sentía que necesitaba una pausa, un momento conmigo mismo y con la naturaleza 🌳. Así que preparé el ritual más sagrado de todos: el mate 🧉. Calenté el agua justo al punto (nada de hervida, eh 😏), elegí una yerba buena, suave pero con carácter, y acomodé el mate con paciencia, como se debe. Nada apurado. Me tomé mi tiempo para cebarlo bien, que el primer sorbo salga redondito. El vapor que subía me empezó a relajar antes de salir. Todo un mimo.

Hello hive people, how are you today? Today I started the day differently 🌞. I felt like I needed a break, a moment with myself and with nature 🌳. So I prepared the most sacred ritual of all: mate 🧉. I heated the water just to the point (nothing boiled, eh 😏), I chose a good yerba, soft but with character, and I placed the mate patiently, as it should. Nothing rushed. I took my time to drink it well, so that the first sip came out round. The rising steam began to relax me before leaving. All a pampering.

Pero claro, un buen mate no va solo, así que sumé un clásico que nunca falla: un alfajor de chocolate relleno de dulce de leche 😋🍫. De esos que se deshacen en la boca y te hacen cerrar los ojos un segundo. Lo metí en una bolsita, preparé la mochila con lo justo y salí. No hacía falta mucho más: solo las ganas de desconectar. El sol se asomaba entre las nubes, el aire estaba fresco, y ya con eso el alma se empezaba a acomodar.

But of course, a good mate doesn't go alone, so I added a classic that never fails: a chocolate alfajor filled with dulce de leche 😋🍫. The kind that melts in your mouth and makes you close your eyes for a second. I put it in a bag, prepared my backpack with just enough and left. Not much else was needed: just the desire to disconnect. The sun was peeking through the clouds, the air was fresh, and with that the soul began to settle.

Me fui a un rinconcito de esos que parecen inventados para calmar la mente 🌿. Árboles altos, pasto mojado, pajaritos sonando de fondo y ni un auto cerca. Caminé un poco, encontré una sombra linda y me senté tranquilo. El primer mate me supo a gloria. El alfajor desapareció en segundos 😄. Ahí, entre termo y termo, me puse a observar… cómo el viento movía las hojas, cómo las hormigas llevaban miguitas, cómo la vida pasa sin correr. Respiré hondo varias veces y me sentí bien. Simple. En paz.

I went to one of those little corners that seem invented to calm the mind 🌿. Tall trees, wet grass, birds ringing in the background and not a car nearby. I walked a little, found a nice shade and sat quietly. The first mate tasted great to me. The alfajor disappeared in seconds 😄. There, between thermoses and thermoses, I began to observe... how the wind moved the leaves, how the ants carried crumbs, how life passes without running. I took a few deep breaths and felt good. Simple. At peace.

Estar ahí, sin pantallas, sin apuros, fue un pequeño regalo que necesitaba 🎁. A veces no hace falta viajar lejos ni hacer grandes planes. Un mate bien hecho, algo rico y la decisión de salir un rato ya alcanzan para cambiar el día. Y eso hice. Volví más liviano, con la mente más clara y una sonrisa que me duró hasta la noche 😊. Me prometí repetirlo más seguido. Porque esos momentos, los simples, son los que más se sienten 💚🧉🌞🍂.

Being there, without screens, without rushing, was a little gift I needed 🎁. Sometimes you don't need to travel far or make big plans. A well-made mate, something delicious and the decision to go out for a while are enough to change the day. And that's what I did. I came back lighter, with a clearer mind and a smile that lasted until the night 😊. I promised myself to repeat it more often. Because those moments, the simple ones, are the ones that feel the most 💚🧉🌞🍂.
