What is Syndicate Protocol?
Syndicate Protocol is a blockchain strategy game built natively on the Hive network. You play as a syndicate boss — recruiting crew, running territory operations, completing contracts, and building an empire from the ground up.
Every decision matters. Your crew has stamina. Territories cool down. Jobs expire. The economy is player-driven, the marketplace is live.
This is not a clicker. This is not a idle game. This is a game about strategy, resource management, and knowing when to push and when to hold.
Core gameplay
🔹 Recruit your crew — Pull from a catalog of enforcers, strategists, earners, scouts, and specialists. Each crew member has a rarity, a class, and a power rating.
🔹 Run territory operations — Deploy your squad to zones across the city. Scan for live jobs. Complete contracts to earn tokens, collectibles, and zone rep.
🔹 Manage stamina and timing — Your crew gets fatigued. Operations have cooldowns. Knowing how to rotate your roster is the difference between a functioning syndicate and a burnt-out crew.
🔹 Collect zone-specific gear — Each zone drops unique collectible pieces. Complete a set and unlock permanent stat bonuses for that zone. There are 10 sets to chase.
🔹 Trade on the marketplace — Buy and sell crew, shards, and collectibles. The economy is driven entirely by players.
🔹 Level up and unlock zones — As your syndicate grows, new territories open. Each zone is harder — and more rewarding — than the last.
Built on Hive
Syndicate Protocol is a Hive-native game. Logging in uses Hive Keychain — no passwords, no email. Your identity is your Hive account.
Zone unlocks, premium activation, and marketplace listings are all verified on-chain.
Hive's 3-second block times make this possible without the friction you'd find on slower chains. It's fast enough to feel like a real game, transparent enough to trust.

- Claim your first crew — it's free
- Run your first operation and start building
- Iron Row is open to everyone. The rest of the city is yours to unlock.

I bought the preimum on my @worldhelper account, but I had already maxed out the crew 6/6 xD
Is it possible to increase that or should/can I discard some crew members? :D

Currently there are 2 ways to increase crew slots.
Formula: 6 + floor((level - 1) / 3) * 3 (capped at 18)
Velvet Square +3 slots
Neon Bazaar +4 slots
Ember Ward +5 slots
Glass District +6 slots
Throne Heights +7 slots
Void Reach +8 slots
Apex Enclave +10 slots
Good news is, the daily free crews stack till premium is active. Hopefully you will be able to level up and unlock some slots unless you are tempted to try out new zones 😀

I'm trying to compare the game with some of the previous games on HIVE... Currently trying out with my gaming account, and it looks like DrugWars... I mean more or less like that... Of course, it's too early to do a comparison as I have no idea what I'm doing in the game... 😂
Anyway, sharing in Ourpick and hopefully, it will help out with the launch and bring some more eyeballs to the game...

I personally did not play DrugWars. Though the game's theme is not innovative but I designed the game on the flow with trials and errors.
The game will be considered complete with the release of PVP and land.
I will start working on that soon once we have more players trying out the game.
