My Current Situation
As of writing this post, im inside of my room doing basic chores to clean and haul the rest of my stuff inside.
It all started around a few days ago, looking for a new home.
After contacting the place through Facebook Market place, we got in touched and i visited the place for an inquiry.
Fortunately enough its only around 15km away from where i live and its directly on the highway, a single jeepney ride would be enough.
There was alot more requirements than usual, but nothing crazy.
After providing 2-ID
1x1 photo and some other stuff.
I managed to get in and look around the place.
Overall it was pretty noice for the price of
php 2,400/month if below 6-months
php 1,900/month (6-months minimum)
Hmmmm, there were 2 others that i was planning to contact. 1 was already occupied when i contacted a couple days ago and the other was worse off than Casita Santa Rosa.

There are more but i cannot remember which channel and server they encouraged me at. But still thank you alot!
I was able to muster up courage and convince lola (*****) to let me stay for a while.
Currently im still looking for part time work and online gigs, however one of the conditions that lola required was for me to continue college.
However, only the 1st semester of the tuition has been payed. We have tri-mester, Not sure if i and or my family can keep up with the expenses to afford that for a 4-year course.
If i do well, a rich relative of mine is willing to pay for my tuition, but only if im on the top 3 or a very high grade.
Comparing my skills to 1st years when i have already reached 4th year level might be possible.
But just in case, instead of looking for a labor intensive job like laborer or mason. Im just going to focus on online gigs from websites like upwork, linkedin, art discord servers, fiverr and expand my socials from youtube and facebook to other platforms like x.com (Twitter) and instagram.
GRRRRRRRRRRRR im going to be super busy, hahahh.

Although it looks depressing, atleast im not on the streets. Hhahaa!
And i can use some of the money raised to purchase some furniture!

My school schedule is pretty vacant, aside from the 2hr commute back and forth *(4hrs total).
They going to be teaching us what i learned years ago as a hobby.

Just read the first post you linked to and this, while it was quite a long read I gotta admire your resiliency. Not sure what the drama or damage you mentioned you had done when you left hive but the platform is known to give second chances to those who realize their mistakes. Anyway, thought the first post deserved a bigger vote than what it got so will be voting this one higher instead. Keep creating!

The first post already got alot! Both in financial and emotional support.
But when i saw the rewards on this post, my jaw dropped.
I shall create art and hmmmmmmmmm, there are job/project listings that require you to post examples of your work to show and hopefully be selected.
Perhaps in a update a week from now, i can showcase some of the places i applied to like (Upwork) and show my creations.
The competition will be tough but i shall persevere!

Read your previous post. LONG but epic and relatable at least to some degree. I never lived in such poverty, but certainly some parallels especially in your father.
Well, long story short I managed to wriggle my way out of starving after losing a good percentage of my hairline to stress, and was doing well alone by the time I was 24 or so. That independence is everything, you'll learn the desperation was worth it in the end. Don't give up.
Anyway, Hit me up if you want me to write or produce any music, or I can fix up your vocals or overdubs etc - sound is my profession =D (no charge, obviously, just for fun).
And keep being real on here, it's so refreshing to hear these stories of life from real personalities like yours

Its very sadge that more and more people are experiencing issues with their father, a great father figure is central to a son's development. Although for me i have like dozens of relatives *(South east Asian custom). I can look at others to build myself up.
My older brother is also 24 when he struggled against our father, especially since he was already in college. Because of the stress he couldn't keep up with his studies and had to drop out.
It's thanks to him that i realized the storm headed my way and already started honing my skills and finding opportunities online. My earliest post was from 2019 (15yrs old at the time) Didn't do much with steemit because i got scared especially since it was smacked dab near the fork apocalypse.
But ever since i had been honing my skills on all departments.
UWU a professional sound artist! Im currently working on a project for now, maybe in the near future i can contact hive users to create a Music Video together! Of course your my 1st choice.
*Currently doing it myself because its fun especially when im still an amateur and i want to learn not just skills but mindset as well.
Better to develop the soul first before seeking a master to seek knowledge from.

You are strong regardless of the situation, don't worry the best always start from the bottom to reach the sky's the limit. Good luck with all this.
That's already looking a lot better than your last update.
Remember, as long as you know how to use a computer, surf the internet and generate some money online, you have a big advantage over many others. Throw in Design, Audio and Video, and you have a pretty good foundation already.
Be useful, offer help and don't fall for "get rich quick schemes."
Invest slowly, steadily into several baskets. Even if it's just a dollar every month. Work on savings for emergencies, even if it means foregoing some personal rewards for a while.
Another tip: Before you move into your own place, make sure you can afford it for at least three months. Don't move if you can barely scrape together one months worth of rent.
It will be times like these that forge into a more resilient person; even if it's painful right now!
