Hey Hive! HIVEURL has a major UI release update and functionality update pipeline!
First and forth-most, a big special thanks to the big turnout for our release for HIVEURL.
Since our launch last week, we've had over 600 "Short URL's" generated in the system.
https://hiveurl.com goal is to offer a robust tool to shorten HIVE long URLS, share them on social media, and understand their performance with click counts and referer data.
Major UI Dashboard Overhaul
Since launching HiveURL a few days were needed to code a vast improvement on the UI experience and ultimately setting a great foundation for functionally going forward.
Above is the new dashboard you can now enjoy.
We've redone the entire UI/HTML.. all your short links are now formatted in a clean table format that will be easy to soon provide a high level of filtering, sorting, and searching.
Generating an actual short link in your dashboard has also been tweaked, the entry form has been completely re-done.
On the left hand side, we've implemented a dynamic and responsive menu bar system that if you hover your mouse over will give you options to different actions and pages.
Currently this is rather limited to just the main dashboard navigation, but shortly on this new dynamic navigation side-bar campaigns will be listed along with navigation to brand new data analytics!
Lastly, here are some coming features you can look forward in the coming weeks now that we have implemented a far superior UI interface:
- Custom URL's(Ability to pick your short link name i.e hiveurl.com/tom-proposal, etc)
- Referer Information(which sites the users clicked from)
- Sortable and filtering link table data
Please feel free ANY suggestion you have for features you want to see in the next release updates!

UI is the hearth of everything and seeing taking the steps to enhance that it just brings more usability to it. Great job and keep on adding new features and improving the interactions as well.

Love it! The date is very useful as I was having a hard time remembering which URL was from when and what's my newest url.
