That necessary evil of rent is where we are stuck at the moment. I call it buying patience, it sounds better to me than flushing the money out in the toilet.

Hopefully, I'm about to pay my last month of rent ever. No way around it sometimes, I do understand. Earlier in life, I was paying rent when I should have been buying property instead, but at least now I know better. Good luck on your journey, and thank you!
