Your right to move around as you please can't be taken against your will? Um, anyone currently in jail might disagree. Their right to move around as they please was taken away, whether they like it or not. What you're saying is that the person in jail still retains his right to move around as he pleases, although his freedom to do that has been taken away. I get that. But, again, semantics. The jailed man yells, "I have a right to move around!" The jailer responds, "Great, enjoy that right." Though he might find solace in his cell believing he has a right to free movement, the reality is that that prisoner's right to movement was indeed taken from him. It's semantics.
