I Choose... BOOZE!!

Here's a little back story of how I got so interested in booze.🍹🍷🍸🍻🥃🍾
It all started very early... 🤭 When I used to go grocery shopping with my parents, there was a specific thing that caught my eyes back then.

The Booze Aisle 😍

I always wondered how it would taste, was it delicious, gross, sweet, sour, bitter... Oh my imagination ran wild. But unfortunately I was still underage and I grew up in a super religious household, so alcohol was definitely not allowed.

As I got older, I had a little more freedom to go out with friends. They introduced me to a lot of different varieties of alcohol. To my surprise, my alcohol tolerance was high and I didn't get drunk that easily.
When some of my friends had a party, small get together or just a fun barbecue night, they would usually have different booze bottles at the bar.

😏That's where it all started... Somehow I had this unexpected talent (I don't even know if you could call it a talent) and started to mix my own drinks. Pictured what flavors I could combine properly to become a delicious master piece. My friends were shocked and loved the drinks I made. What I also did was watch Tipsy Bartender or other mixology videos on Youtube for other recipes and techniques.
One time, one of my friends said, "Hey, why don't you work at a bar or do something with it!" So I did...

My first job was at Zanzibar in 2016, where I worked as a cashier, waitress and bartender until 2018, because they had to close down due to certain circumstances. I loved serving people, especially serving them delicious cocktails. I had a great team that taught me a lot and allowed me to make my own drinks, so they could use it as well. One of my popular creations amongst groups was my shooter (Shot of Grace), where you got 6 shot glasses for 1 price. There was also my favorite cocktail creation called "Purple G Haze".

I have a really cool experience with that cocktail...But I'll tell you more about it tomorrow!
So I hope you're excited!

Truly grateful to be #alive and experience all the good there is to offer!
